This Terms of Use (the "Terms") defines the terms and conditions that govern access to and use of the Vecsy platform ("Platform") by the user ("User").
By accessing and using the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms. The User declares that they have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions established herein. If the User does not agree with the terms of these Terms, they must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
Vecsy grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license to access and use the Platform during the period defined in the service contract, from the date of its signature. The license allows the User to use the Platform for internal purposes related to their activity, according to the functionalities and resources available on the Platform.

The Platform and all its contents, including, but not limited to, software, source code, interfaces, graphics, texts, images, videos, sounds, trademarks and trade names are property of Vecsy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, with the exception of artwork generated by the User. Vecsy does not hold rights over artwork generated by the User, who is the sole holder of rights over such creations.
Vecsy is not responsible for any images, fonts or other assets used by the User on the Platform. The User guarantees they possess the necessary rights for the use of such materials and is responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights.
Vecsy will strive to ensure the proper functioning of the Platform, but does not guarantee that access to the Platform will be continuous, uninterrupted or error-free. Vecsy will not be responsible for any damages, losses or costs arising from:
Vecsy may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate User access to the Platform in case of:
The Platform is provided "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Vecsy does not guarantee that the Platform will meet the User's needs, that the Platform will be available full-time or that the Platform will be error-free.
Under no circumstances will Vecsy be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if Vecsy has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party, with 30 (thirty) days' notice. Vecsy may immediately terminate these Terms if the User violates any provision of these Terms.
These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
Vecsy reserves the right to update this document at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes will constitute User's agreement with the changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter of these Terms and supersede any prior written or verbal understandings or agreements.
Vecsy's tolerance regarding any violation of any provision of these Terms will not be considered as a waiver of any provision of the Terms, nor will it prevent Vecsy from requiring compliance with any provision of the Terms at a later date.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be separated and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Vecsy reserves the right to remove User access to the Platform if payment of the monthly fee, when applicable, is not made. Vecsy will notify the User in advance about the imminent blocking of access.
